Pasta Laboratory reserves the right to make alterations to dates, times, masterclass content and prices.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment.
All experience and gift voucher bookings are non-refundable. Amendments to bookings may be made up to 28 days prior to the date of the class. If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days before the date of the class you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please be aware any changes to your booking under 28 days may be subject to an administration fee. These rules apply equally to bookings made with a Gift Voucher.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of booking. Pasta Laboratory are not liable for any missed communications regarding the course.
Refunds are not available on Gift Voucher purchases, nor can Gift Vouchers be exchanged for cash or other goods.
If through unavoidable circumstances Pasta Laboratory has to cancel an experience, your booking will be transferred to another date of your choice. We will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance, such as travel and accommodation.
If you have an allergy or food intolerance, it is your responsibility to tell us in advance. Please note that due to the nature of our business, it is impossible to rule out the presence of gluten on site.
Whilst we welcome children at the Laboratory, we do need to state that the class can be fast-paced so need all attendees to be able to participate independently to ensure it runs to time and we can assist everyone equally. We recommend that students must be over the age of 13. Students under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Students must be at least 16 to attend a class unaccompanied.
All masterclass participants are expected to adhere to our house rules around kitchen safety and food hygiene. We reserve the right to remove anyone who does not follow safety instructions or who is acting inappropriately towards our staff or to other students.
Pasta Laboratory shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to masterclass participants or their property, whether in respect of any neglect, act or omission by its agents or employees.
Photographs may be taken throughout the course that we may share on social media, use on our website and in advertising. No personal details will ever be published with the photographs. Those who do not wish to be photographed need to let us know in advance and are responsible for removing themselves from any group photos.
