Federico is a great teacher making the experience fun as well as informative and we both said we'd be happy to do it again even learning the same thing. I'd also happily go on my own. It's amazing how satisfying it feels when you see your creations taking shape :-)

Frederico was really helpful and engaging and we learnt lots- even coming away with a couple of new favourite recipes! You definitely get your money's worth in knowledge and pasta. The venue is really well designed and laid out. Over all we had a great time!

Cathy D2023-10-05Great Pasta Making experience - thank you! Myself and 7 friends did the pasta making class with Federico as part of my Hen do and it was the best thing we did all weekend! Just the right balance of informative and fun, we genuinely learnt a lot and absolutely loved making our own pasta (loads to take home and try too, which was delicious!) Federico's passion for good food and ingredients was super infectious. If you're looking for something relaxing, but super entertaining to do with friends/family/colleagues - I would 100% recommend this experience at the Pasta Lab.janiceknowles252023-09-09Great day ๐ My husband bought me a pasta making experience for my birthday at the Pasta Laboratory in Bath. I went with my daughter in law today. What a great time we had. Federico was very good at explaining not only how to make pasta but also how important the ingredients were. We learnt so much about pasta making. I can honestly say I would go again tomorrow ๐
Holly2023-09-05Highly Recommend - prepare for lots of leftovers! Great experience which was received as a gift. Federico is an excellent teacher and as well as showing you how to make the pasta slowly, he also provides tips on how to speed up the process if you want to carry on making pasta at home! Got to make a lot of pasta and was able to eat a couple of portions with the sauces made by Federico during the session. He also provided boxes to take away leftover pasta made with tips on how to store once home. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend for anyone who wants to do something a bit different than the normal experience type days!

Sparklyjenson2023-08-14Great fun! We attended the course as a family of 4 with 2 girls aged 12 and 15. What a fun afternoon! We all thoroughly enjoyed it and the time flew by. My husband was looking up pasta machines the moment we left the building! The host was fabulous and made the lesson educational, fun and accessible. We took the pasta home and had a delicious evening meal! Iโd highly recommend it as one of the highlights of our holiday.
Alun R2023-08-06Tasty and fun Very, very good! Frederico is an excellent teacher (Iโm a primary school headteacher and I was impressed at the balance of clearly explained info v practical). All done in a relaxed atmosphere. Iโve never made pasta before but will definitely start to do so because of the confidence Frederico gives you. Of course eating the pasta with Fredericoโs lovely sauces and a nice glass of wine was a super way to end!
