Fabulous experience!
Absolutely fantastic! Federico was brilliant, really knowledgeable, great fun and such a good laugh. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We made and ate loads of delicious pasta, and drank lots of delicious wine in a beautiful setting. Will be recommending Pasta Laboratory to everyone!

THE BEST BEST BEST! We recently visited Fredrico at the Pasta Lab and it was just amazing from the moment we walked in. It’s located in a cute little pub with a fully kitchen workshop at the back. We did the wine tasting and tagliatelle workshop which was so much fun. The class was really engaging, fun and Frederico makes the most delicious pasta sauces! (The pesto one was a personal favourite!) I would recommend this to anyone you won’t regret it! Thank you so much again

Fab for a hen do!
We had an absolutely fab time pasta making at my hen do. Federico and John came as a team to our air b and b and ran everything so smoothly. They set all the equipment up and explained everything really clearly. It was great being able to make our pasta and then have it as our evening meal straight after with two different sauces. We had music playing as we worked and had a lot of fun. Everyone was able to do it following the input (even the most novice chefs!). We were a large group of 20 chatty girls but Federico didn’t mind one bit - he just went with the flow! Thank you so much for also following up with an email as it was hard to remember all the tips and tricks alongside the flowing alcoholic drinks! I would highly recommend this to anyone. I will also be going to Bath to visit their place and have another go at some different pasta making! Thank you again!

A fun and fabulous pasta making experience, highly recommend 😋
A fun and fabulous way to learn all the tips and tricks needed to make perfect pasta. Frederico found the time to entertain and make us all feel that we too could make delicious pasta. Demystifying the science behind al dente pasta and ideas for sauces we could make to complement our dishes. He welcomed questions and helped us all feel at ease. We made tagliatelle, tortellini and angel hair pasta. I think everyone found they had made delicious pasta and it was complemented by Frederico’s range of sauces. The 4 hours just flew by and I would highly recommend booking this course. Definitely an 11 out of 10 experience 😋

Brilliant Team Event – Pasta Lab Made It So Much Fun
Pasta Lab were absolutely fantastic, and the session worked brilliantly as a team day. The whole experience was fun, engaging, and really well organised. Federico made everything feel easy and relaxed, and the way he explained each step meant everyone could get involved, regardless of experience. It was a great mix of learning something new and having a laugh together, and it created a really positive atmosphere across the team. The hands‑on element was especially good it got everyone talking, working together, and comparing their pasta-making attempts, which made it a genuinely memorable activity. It was the perfect balance of team building and doing something completely different from our day‑to‑day work. I’d definitely recommend Pasta Lab for future team days; they were amazing from start to finish!

Amazing experience
What an amazing place from the minute you walk in and have a glass of Prosecco ,then showed to your station , everything explained from the word go , and making 3 different pastas . I would highly recommend this experience to everyone , whether your on your own or with a couple or book for a hen party etc , the owners is amazing and made it so much fun. Will Definateky be doing it again 5 stars

Fantastic experience!
We had a fantastic time learning to make pasta with Federico. The pace of learning is great a good balance of theory and hands on practice. The group were good mix of couples, singles and family/friends. The location is lovely and a short walk from the St Stephen’s Church stop on the park & ride route.

Cooking fun at a hen party.
I booked a pasta experience for my daughter's hen; 17 ladies aged between 25 and 65. It was based at home and was very expertly run. Each setting was set up with all the relevant equipment and each process was explained in great detail; verbally and visually. A very enjoyable couple of hours, made all the more fun by the Italian music in the background and of course the singing. The two pasta shapes with the tomato and pesto sauces was delicious. I would highly recommend.
