Private Hire

An example of one of our popular classes would be a 6 pm start on Saturdays leading to dinner at around 8.15 pm, or taking your sauces home to cook together. Drinks can be purchased at the bar during and after the experience. BYOD is available at £3 per person (please ask for details)


Basis package:

£48 pp for two shapes to take home, with no sauces. BYOD available - this class is 1 hour and 45 minutes

£58 pp for three shapes to take home, with no sauces. BYOD available - this class is 2 hours and 20 minutes



Cook at home package (most popular):

£54 pp for two shapes with sauces and no eating at the Lab. BYOD available - this class is 1 hour and 45 minutes

£64 pp for three shapes with sauces and no eating at the Lab. BYOD available - this class is 2 hours and 20 minutes



Eat at the Laboratory package (for those who want a private hire):

£65 pp for two shapes with sauces and eating at the Lab until 9.30 pm - this class is 1 hour and 45 minutes, followed by eating for approximately 1 hour.

£75 pp for three shapes with sauces and eating at the Lab until 9.30 pm - this class is 2 hours and 20 minutes, followed by eating for approximately 1 hour.



Expect a hands-on pasta making experience, where Federico will guide you in creating pasta from Linguine and Tagliolini to Federico's signature hand crafted Tortelli.
