An example of one of our popular classes would be a 5-6 pm start on Saturdays leading to dinner at around 7.45-8.15 pm. You will make a standard dough and shape it into Tagliatelle and Tagliolini, or you can take your sauces home to cook together. Drinks can be purchased at the bar during and after the experience. Eat at the Laboratory package (for those who want a private hire):
Saturday from 5-6 pm - £65 pp for two shapes (Tagliatelle anbd Tagliolini) with sauces and eating at the Lab until 9 pm. This class is 1 hour and 45 minutes, followed by eating for approximately 1 hour.
Anytime Friday or Sunday £65 pp for two shapes or £75 for three shapes (Tagliatelle, Tagliolini and Tortelli) both with sauces and eating at the Lab until 9 pm - this class is 1 hour and 45 minutes or 2 hours and 15 minutes, followed by eating for approximately 1 hour.

Expect a hands-on pasta making experience, where Federico will guide you in creating pasta from scratch.

Brilliant surprise
Fantastic experience! My boyfriend got me this as a surprise and we learnt so much. The science behind pasta making, how to make three different pasta shapes and different sauce recipes. Highly recommend!

An Amazing Date With The Best Pasta!!! WILL BE BACK!
Such an amazing experience! It was so much fun and Federico was such a great teacher. We learnt so much and made the most delicious pasta I have ever had! Can’t wait to use our new skills and make our own fresh pasta! Will also be back for pasta buffet and pub quiz which Federico offers at this cozy, wonderful pub. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Unique experience for me!
Fabulous pub with pasta making facilities behind, fantastic hosts Federico and his staff were ‘on the ball’. Great pasta making instructions and demonstration accompanied by wine, beer and music. All our pasta was cooked up at the end and accompanied by a choice of tasty sauces. I would highly recommend this venue, great fun!

Fantastic experience for a hen do or other group - large or small!
We had such a fantastic experience at the Pasta Laboratory for my sister's hen do last weekend. There were just four of us but it was still a private event with nobody else there, which was really great. The class was a great mixture of fun but still educational, we learnt a lot of tips and tricks that we didn't know previously. The pasta we made was so tasty and we were able to take home what we couldn't eat. Federico was such a good host and teacher. And he was able to be flexible with timings to accommodate our awkward train booking after the class! Highly recommend this for any special occasion - we are already thinking of going back with our dad sometime even though we don't live locally! Thanks Federico and Mable!

Fabulous experience
The venue was booked for my eldest son's stag weekend as the main event, a bit 'off the wall' as it may seem. The venue was superb, set in an old pub, so plenty of drink available for the boys to enjoy. Federico was a great host! He demonstrated the process and we all enjoyed making pasta for the first time, 22 of us, music playing. The wine flowed and many a beer consumed before, during and after the making and Federico cooked it up and served with some sublime sauces, much needed ballast for the evening ahead. We cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Chatted with a few locals who all love the pub. Thank you for the great experience and hospitality.

Amazing Away Day Activity
We organised this for a team away day of 20, and it was such a great activity. Everyone really enjoyed the day! Federico was great :) Would definitely recommend and do again myself with friends and family!

Fantastic experience at the Pasta Laboratory with Federico and the rest of the team! Booked the pasta-making class for my company (27 people) and Federico made it so wonderful with his expertise, enthusiasm and personality. My whole company was completely engaged and came away with a new skill, while having the best time learning. In the 4 hours we were there we made three different types of pasta and had plenty of time to sit in the bar area and have a couple of drinks. We made so much pasta we were able to take some home with us. Would highly recommend the experience for corporate events, hen/stag parties, birthdays and get togethers for anyone looking for something fun to do in Bath!

Time and money well spent.
I had a fantastic afternoon learning how to make good pasta. Federico, the host, uses only the best ingredients and explains why, he is very entertaining and attentive to all his guests and clearly knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend this and intend to take visiting relatives to enjoy this experience.
